ABOUT THE RICHMOND CHRISTMAS FUND The Richmond Christmas Fund is a non-religious, non-discriminatory program operated by Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives. With help from nearly 200 volunteers, the Christmas Fund assists low-income families and individuals during the holiday season, providing them with grocery vouchers so they can enjoy a festive meal with loved ones. In addition, children receive toys, books, and sports equipment, while teenagers are given gift cards. The Christmas Fund is supported almost entirely by donations from the community. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Richmond residents, everyone, regardless of income, can share in the holiday spirit. To learn more about the Christmas Fund, click here.
